A small, two-bed long-term home in Croydon, South London.

About the home

Two children, not a crowd.

Northborough House is a two-bedded home, which means just two children share a settled, family-sized house with a full staff team around them. Two children, not a crowd, so each gets real attention and the two can build alongside each other where that is the right match.

We provide long-term placements built on PACE (playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy), supported by an in-house psychologist who works with the children and the team. The home is in Croydon, South London, with good transport links.

Ofsted registration

Registered and regulated.

Northborough House is registered with Ofsted (URN 2839670) and regulated under the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. It was registered on 27 October 2025. Its first graded inspection report is due within the Ofsted inspection cycle.
