How we handle personal information you share with us through this website.

Who we are

Oasis Manor Care Limited (company number 15930659, registered office 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT) runs Ofsted-registered children's homes in Croydon, South London. For data protection law, we are the data controller for the personal information described on this page. You can contact us about anything here at info@oasismanorcare.co.uk.

What we collect and why

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:

  • Contact and referral enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and message, and for referral enquiries the placement details you choose to share. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, for referrals, to assess whether one of our homes is right for the child. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, and for referral information about a child, safeguarding and the performance of our regulated duties.
  • Job applications. If you apply for a role or send a CV, we use it to consider your application (steps taken at your request before entering a contract). Unsuccessful application records are kept for six months and then deleted, unless you ask us to keep your CV on file.

Please do not include a child's full name, date of birth or other identifying details in the website form. We will arrange a secure way to share placement information once we are in contact.

Who processes it

Our website runs on Cloudflare, form submissions are delivered by Resend (an email delivery service), and our mailboxes run on Google Workspace. Each acts as a processor on our behalf. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not sell or share personal information for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Information that forms part of a child's placement record, or that we must keep to meet our duties under the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, is kept for the periods those duties require.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. Email info@oasismanorcare.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

This notice was last updated on 7 July 2026. If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page.
