Ofsted registration

Both of our open homes are registered with and inspected by Ofsted. Here is exactly where we stand.

How children's homes are regulated

Every children's home in England must be registered with Ofsted and is inspected against the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted's Social Care Common Inspection Framework. Ofsted publishes its inspection reports, anonymised to protect the children who live in each home, on reports.ofsted.gov.uk, where any home can be looked up by its unique reference number (URN).

Our registrations

Rosedene House

Registered with Ofsted on 27 October 2025, URN 2841188. Rosedene House had its first graded inspection on 28 and 29 April 2026 and was rated Good in all three areas: children's experiences and progress, how well children are helped and protected, and the effectiveness of leaders and managers. The inspector wrote that "staff create a warm, safe and welcoming environment." Read the report on Ofsted's site.

Northborough House

Registered with Ofsted on 27 October 2025, URN 2839670. Northborough House's first graded inspection report is awaited; when it publishes it will appear on Ofsted's page for the home, and we will link to it here.

Gloucester House

Gloucester House is in development and is not yet registered. It will not open until Ofsted registration is complete.

Accountability

Our Responsible Individual, accountable to Ofsted for how our homes are run, is Craig Rook, a qualified social worker with over a decade in residential care. Each home has a registered manager responsible for day-to-day care. You can read more on Meet the team.
